Brijesh Jauhari is practicing as an Advocate Supreme Court of India in the field of Enforcement.
He was enrolled in Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad in 1987.
An Advocate with zeal and passion, dedication and commitment, he has filed various Public Interest Litigation (PILs) on different issues, especially in the field of free trade & commerce in India.
Brijesh Jauhari is born on 25th June, 1964. He did his Law graduation from Garhwal University with Gold Medal in Contract Law.
He was elected State Executive Member in UP Tax Bar Association and then remain Joint Secretary & Vice President for two terms each. He also contested the election for the post of President of UP State Tax Bar Association.
His various legal articles published in legal magazines and law books.
At present he is member of international Jurists.
